Can friends and family get a discount on tickets as I am a Season Direct ticket holder?

No. However one of the benefits of Season Direct is we will offer regular promotions and special offers to Season Direct customers.

 
Can I change the date of my Direct Debit payment?

No. Currently payment is taken on the 15th of each month as all tickets commence from the 1st of the month.

 
Can I transfer my existing season ticket as part payment towards my new Greater Anglia Season Direct ticket?

No. You will need to wait until the expiry of your current season ticket. Alternatively request a refund for your current season ticket at your local station.

 
Can I use the Greater Anglia Season Direct ticket on other services?

You may travel on any Greater Anglia service between the 2 stations shown on your ticket, and you may break your journey at any intermediate Greater Anglia station. The ticket holder at weekends and on bank holidays can travel anywhere on the Greater Anglia network and not just between the two stations printed on their ticket.

However travel is only permitted on Greater Anglia services. If you wish to travel on other operators services, you should purchase a different product, which may be obtained through 08456 007245.

 
Does the normal penalty fare policy apply?

The normal rules apply a customer must be in possession of a valid ticket for the journey.

 
How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

You can cancel your Direct Debit at anytime. Just write to your Bank or Building Society and send a copy to us. Please provide the information below when cancelling the Direct Debit.
