Journey Change Request

You can request a change to the Journey on your Season Direct subscription as many times as you like throughout the year. Please be advised that only certain journeys are available under Season Direct so you should ideally visit the quote section of the website (from the menu on the left) to make sure that you are happy with the availability of your new chosen journey and the monthly subscription price.

The deadline for accepting a journey change request is by the end of "month 1" for a change to "month 3" e.g. we would accept a request made by 31st January for a change that takes effect from March onwards.
