Due to exceptional circumstances, we understand you may not wish to travel.

Tickets for customers who have not advised us up until Thursday last week that they did not wish to have an April ticket have now been issued in the post.

If you do not require it, you must return it to us. A refund will be processed once it has been received.

If you feel you will not be travelling beyond April, please still return the smartcard/ ticket to us for refund and let us know in a covering letter. We can then cancel the subscription at this end. Please also cancel your instruction at the bank. You can then rejoin when you feel are you are able to start travelling again.

The cut off date for new applicants, changes or cancellations is 5th April for May tickets.

Please note, delay repay is not payable for journeys made during the validity of your FREE ticket.
SMARTCARD VALIDATION: You can now activate your ticket using both the GA App for android AND iphone. You can also use the smartcard enabled ticket machines and the validator posts situated near or just before the station/ platform entrances.
Please let us know if you always travel from a nearby station within your journey. i.e. have a Whittlesford Parkway to London ticket but always board at Audley End. We can change this for you.

Season Direct is a season ticket scheme, exclusively designed for regular commuters which offers:
